【Good News】FCC no longer needs the PAG process for 5G DFS products
On October 23, 2023, FCC released KDB388624 D02 Pre-Approval Guidance List v18r04. PAG items UNIDFS have been removed. This means that from now on, 5G DFS Master and 5G DFS client devices with radar detection capability no longer need the PAG process.

[Reminder] New requirements for exporting to the US market
On January 24, 2023, the FCC published KDB986446 D01 Covered Equipment v01, which provides staff-level equipment authorization guidance on how FCC 22-84 affects the equipment authorization process. FCC 22-84 is listed to be published in the Federal Register on Monday February 6. Accordingly, since there is no waiting period for these Rules to become effective, it is expected that the new Rules will become effective today as well.
