	<p><strong>our company&#39;s various employee welfare measures, including continuing education, training, retirement systems, and their implementation status, as well as agreements between labor and management and the measures for safeguarding employee rights are as follows:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>(1) Employee welfare measures</strong></span></p><p>To enhance employee welfare, our company has established a Workers&#39; Welfare Committee in accordance with the law and allocated a certain proportion of welfare funds. The main welfare measures are as follows:</p><p>● Festival bonus or gifts</p><p>● Team-building activities</p><p>● Health examination</p><p>● Employee travel allowance</p><p>● Wedding subsidy, birth subsidy, funeral assistance</p><p><br/></p><p><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>(2) Training</strong></span></p><p>Our company provides employees with a diverse and open learning environment. Colleagues can continuously challenge themselves and grow through internal and external training, as well as guidance from supervisors and peers. By offering courses for new hires, professional skills, managerial capabilities, and general knowledge, employees are able to achieve the highest level of satisfaction. On the other hand, through career planning, employees can align their career and professional development, sharing in the joy of intellectual growth and paving the way for a bright future.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">(3) Retirement plan and</span></strong></p><p>To enhance retirement security for workers and strengthen labor-employer relations, our company implements pension contributions in accordance with the law.</p><p>●&nbsp;<strong>The retirement mechanism of the Labor Standards Act：</strong><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">Our company&#39;s retirement system is managed in accordance with relevant provisions of the Labor Standards Act. We contribute pension funds on a monthly basis to the Bank of Taiwan, where they are managed by the Labor Pension Fund Supervisory Committee.</span></p><p>●&nbsp;<strong>Labor Pension Act：</strong></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">In accordance with the Labor Pension Act, the company contributes 6% of the total monthly salary to the retirement fund, which is deposited into an individual account managed by the Labor Insurance Bureau.</span></p>
