● The retirement mechanism of the Labor Standards Act：Our company's retirement system is managed in accordance with relevant provisions of the Labor Standards Act. We contribute pension funds on a monthly basis to the Bank of Taiwan, where they are managed by the Labor Pension Fund Supervisory Committee.

● Labor Pension Act：

In accordance with the Labor Pension Act, the company contributes 6% of the total monthly salary to the retirement fund, which is deposited into an individual account managed by the Labor Insurance Bureau.
