The "Dongyan Xinchao Research Institute" project signed between BTL Testing Group's Taiwan headquarters, Dongyan Xinchao Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BTL), and Jingwen University of Science and Technology in Taiwan has recently been officially listed. The signing ceremony was held by Wu Zhongchao, Chairman of BTL Group, and Huang Rongpeng, President of Jingwen University, and witnessed by Luo Yun, Senior Manager of the Taiwan Ministry of Education's Talent Development Platform. This cooperation enables seamless integration between universities and industries, achieving the goal of students finding employment upon graduation.
This cooperation plan combines BTL's practical experience in testing with the scientific research capabilities of Jingwen University to jointly cultivate testing talents, study testing regulations, guide students to learn in testing, synchronously improve theoretical knowledge and practical abilities, enhance students' professional skills, and cultivate talents for the needs of the testing industry.
BTL has always been committed to industry university research cooperation. Since 2019, it has cooperated with Dongguan Vocational and Technical College to carry out modern apprenticeship precision education. Relying on the advantages of both schools and enterprises, based on the needs of enterprise positions, with the goal of "cost sharing, resource sharing, mutual benefit, and collaborative innovation", both schools and enterprises unify their thinking, establish regulations, and build a school enterprise cooperation education mechanism of "professional co construction, curriculum co sharing, textbook co compilation, teacher co training, base sharing, and talent co education" to improve students' learning effectiveness and enhance practical experience.
After several years of cooperation, the BTL school enterprise cooperation project has trained dozens of experienced testing engineers upon graduation. Some of the original apprentices have also taken up engineering management positions or become technical backbones at BTL.
