Cybersecurity Certification 

In April 2025, BTL Laboratory officially obtained the qualification of a European NB designated laboratory.

In June 2025, BTL completed a client-commissioned project for the first time, assisting the client's product in passing the rigorous assessment of the EN 18031 series standards (the core harmonized standards of the EU RED Directive) and obtaining the certification certificate.

This successful assistance in obtaining the certification certificate demonstrates that BTL Laboratory meets the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025 international standard in both technical capability and management system.

 Global Strategic Significance of EN 18031 Certification 

Mandatory Compliance Threshold:Starting from August 1, 2025, the EU will enforce the Article 3.3(d)(e)(f) of the RED Directive, requiring connected devices (such as smart home appliances, wearable devices, and industrial IoT terminals) to pass the EN 18031 security certification.

Core Value of Certification:It covers three major dimensions: network protection, privacy data protection, and anti-financial fraud, building a full-chain security barrier for products.

Market Passport:The certification report is recognized internationally through the ILAC agreement and is highly accepted by regulatory authorities in Europe and America.
