Bluetooth technology is a short-range wireless communication technology standard, which can realize the short-distance data exchange between fixed equipment, mobile equipment and building personal domain network (using 2.4 -- 2.485GHz ISM band UHF radio waves).The use of "Bluetooth" technology can effectively simplify the communication between mobile communication terminal devices, also can simplify the communication between the device and the Internet, so that the data transmission becomes more rapid and efficient.

In order to better develop Bluetooth technology and ensure interoperability between different Bluetooth devices, Bluetooth SIG issued Qualification Program Reference Document (PRD) to supervise and control the use of Bluetooth technology. It is stipulated that it must be a member of Bluetooth SIG (special-interest Group), and the product must have passed the certification according to the Bluetooth qualification process before it can use the Bluetooth logo. This requires that all Bluetooth products must pass the BQB certification before they can be sold and used.
