During 2024, the FCC PAG guidance document KDB 388624 D02 was updated twice, namely on July 1, 2024, the FCC released KDB388624 D02 Pre-Approval Guidance List v18r06, and on October 11, 2024, the FCC released KDB 388624 D02 Pre-Approval Guidance List v18r07. The main changes are the deletion of DRGAIN, MEDRAD, UMFLEX and UN5GHz, and the modification of UN6GHZ. WIFI6E indoor low-power devices are no longer subject to PAG constraints.

On October 23, 2023, FCC released KDB388624 D02 Pre-Approval Guidance List v18r04. PAG items UNIDFS have been removed. This means that from now on, 5G DFS Master and 5G DFS client devices with radar detection capability no longer need the PAG process.
