Vietnam energy efficiency certificate begins to be mandatory from January 2020.

The mandatory list as below, (there are four Groups)：

1. Home appliances group:

straight fluorescent tubes, compact fluorescent lights, magnetic and electronic ballasts for fluorescent lights, air conditioners, refrigerators and freezer, washing machines, electric cookers, electric fans, televisions, LED lightings, water heater with internal serving container.

2. Office and commercial equipment group:

photocopiers, computer monitors, printers, commercial refrigerators and freezer, laptop computers.

3. Industrial equipment group:

electricity distribution transformers, electric motors.

4. Transportation means group:

cars up to 9-seaters, motorbikes, mopeds

And the appliant should offer sample for local testing and quote is base one different product categories.
