MIC officially released Circular 02/2022/TT-BTTTT, which will replace the original 01/2021/TT-BTTTT and 11/2020/TT-BTTTT from July 1, 2022. The new regulations adjust the content of the mandatory list as well as adding new output power limit requirements for LPWAN devices.
Below are some new points for reference.
1. The new standard is enforced as follows:

2. 5.8GHz equipment using for transport application, VHF device using on the river, Inmarsat F77 device has been remove from the mandatory list, they are no longer require MIC certification.
3. Move some products from Annex 1 (mandatory to type approval certification and declaration of conformity) to Annex 2 (mandatory to declaration of conformity).
