Recently, for laptops under 10 kg and telephone sets, the decision of Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission to require labels to use two-dimensional barcodes in the Data Matrix GS1 format will take effect on November 9, 2023.
The member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (including Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia) will decide on their own the specific dates and labeling procedures for the introduction of such goods and need to notify the European Economic Community (European Economic Community (EEC) about this no later than six months before its introduction.
Products included in the list of products approved by this decision must be labeled as follows:

The minimum composition of information about the labeled product contained in the product labeling information system, access to which is provided to consumers and other interested parties. Details should be implemented according to the customs regulations of each country.
However, before this effective date, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan have not yet planned to introduce product labeling information in accordance with this decision, so the above content does not apply to the requirements for relevant products to enter Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Besides, this related to marking of products by importers/manufacturers, directly related to product import and export, situation is different when applying certificate.
