With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the Power Shelf has become an essential component of AI server infrastructure. It primarily provides stable and efficient power support to servers and plays many crucial roles, such as centralized power management, high-performance demand support, redundancy and reliability, energy efficiency, and power monitoring and management.

In addition to the Power Shelf, the cooling capabilities of the CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit) are equally important. The CDU is a vital part of the AI server cooling system, ensuring stable operation in high-performance computing environments. It plays significant roles, including core heat management, coolant management, high-performance computing support, energy consumption reduction, reliability and stability, and environmental sustainability.

The BTL Group’s specialized laboratory offers a high-power PSU with stable and efficient AC power of 300kVA, voltage ranging from 0-310V AC, and a frequency range of 45-65Hz. It supports △-connected and Y-connected power supplies and adjustable phase dual-Line configurations. For DC power, the lab is equipped with bidirectional 1500VDC / 150kW power supplies. Both the anechoic chamber and shielded room are equipped with three-phase AC filters supporting currents up to 200A, along with DC filters rated at 1500VDC / 150A.

The laboratory also includes a CDU for customers’ peripheral use. To accommodate the diverse connector types of AI servers, the lab is equipped with a variety of connectors (e.g., FD-83, UQD-02, 04, SCG, etc.).
