It is worth noting that as early as December 16, 2024, the State Administration for Market Regulation has issued the "Announcement on the Implementation of Compulsory Product Certification Management for Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment", officially including electric vehicle charging piles in the scope of China Compulsory Product Certification (CCC certification). This move marks a more stringent stage of quality and safety supervision of electric vehicle charging piles.

According to the announcement, from March 1, 2025, the designated certification body will begin to accept the certification entrustment of electric vehicle charging piles. This means that companies need to prepare in advance to ensure that their products meet the requirements of CCC certification. From August 1, 2026, electric vehicle charging pile products that have not obtained the CCC certification certificate and the certification mark will not be allowed to be sold and used in the market.
