Thailand NBTC published the announcement - act B.E.2498 (hereinafter referred to as announcement) to regulate labels of wireless products. 

The main content of the announcement is to inform all companies that selling wireless products (e.g. UHF/WWAN/WLAN/BT/NFC etc.) to attach corresponding labels when it imports to Thailand. NBTC wants to make users aware if they need related license. 

Labels should be attached in user manual and package. There are 2 types of marking as following. Products under control by SDoC, Class A and Class B fall in the second marking type. 

1. Label for require licence type .

2. Label for licence exempt type.

The announcement went into force on 6th June, but published at the end of April. NBTC didn’t strictly inspect the label marking, because some manufacturers and importers reacted violently. We advise to attach related labels in case of sudden inspection.
