New requirements for FCC certification: proper antenna information must be submitted from August 25
On August 25, 2022, the FCC issued the latest announcement. From now on, the FCC Part 15 applications must include antenna gain data sheets and/or test reports. Any applications granted after August 25, 2022 that do not contain the proper antenna information will be dismissed.

How much do you know about the FCC market surveillance?
The FCC market surveillance is only for the part that has obtained the FCC ID and the certificate listed on the FCC official website. The proportion of supervision is at least 5%, and the cases with SAR account for 1%. According to the sample test plan, TCB conducts random inspections. The drawn FCC ID, TCB will send an email to the contact window of the corresponding applicant. If you have received the market surveillance email, please read the email in detail, and follow the instructions to complete the market surveillance.

Annual Regulatory Fees doesn't apply to grantees of FCC certified products
CORES 2 (new version) only integrates the fees of CORES (old version), and there is no new fee. The annual regulatory fee does not apply to grantees of FCC certified products. But in order to manage their FRN(s) and FCC ID application, it is recommended that manufacturers register FCC username account as soon as possible, and then associate username to an existing FRN.

The new version of the registration system CORES 2 needs to be completed as soon as possible, and also needs to pay annual fees.

The FCC Logo shall only be used on a product that has been tested, evaluated, and found to be compliant in accordance with the SDOC procedures. Also, please be aware that the logo is optional. The FCC Logo has two kinds: acute angle and right angle. The black FCC Logo with right angle F should be used on the product label.

High-Band Spectrum in 24 GHz and 28 GHz Bands Auctioned for Over $2.7 Billion. On December 10 2019,the FCC will begin Auction 103, which includes the upper 37 GHz, 39 GHz, and 47 GHz bands. This will be the largest spectrum auction in our nation’s history, with 3400 megahertz up for bid.
