Our company continues to implement integrity management and compliance with laws through policies, education, and practical execution results.
 

1. Establish integrity management policies and guidelines

The integrity management policy formulated by our company should clearly and comprehensively establish specific practices for integrity management and plans to prevent dishonest behavior.
The prevention plan includes operational procedures, behavioral guidelines, and education and training, and specifically stipulates the matters that personnel of the company and its related subsidiaries should pay attention to when conducting business.

New employees of our company, upon joining, commit to strictly adhere to the employee conduct and ethics management regulations by signing the employment contract and the integrity commitment letter, and to follow the relevant conflict of interest requirements during their tenure.

New employees of our company are required to participate in orientation training upon joining, with training materials including regulatory compliance courses to strengthen their awareness of anti-corruption.
03 | Group Policy Promotion
In the 113th year, our company has conducted a promotion of the integrity management policy within the group, covering key regulatory reminders of the "Integrity Management Code" and the "Integrity Management Operating Procedures and Behavioral Guidelines," and reaffirming employees' responsibility to report dishonest or improper behavior.
