AI server
To address the high-computing, high-power, and liquid-cooling requirements of AI servers, BTL provides testing services for AI servers, racks, power systems, liquid-cooling equipment, and related peripheral products, supporting large-scale equipment testing and high-power application validation.

As artificial intelligence technology continues to advance rapidly, AI server computing architectures are evolving from traditional CPU-based systems to platforms equipped with multiple GPUs. Compared with conventional servers, AI servers require significantly higher and more stable power delivery for large-scale model training and inference workloads.
As the number of GPUs, power modules, and peripheral devices increases, power stability, high-power load capability, and thermal management have become critical aspects of AI server design and validation.
BTL supports testing requirements for AI servers and related power, liquid-cooling, and backup equipment.
BTL's Special Testing Laboratory is equipped with a high-power testing environment designed to support AI servers and related power equipment. The facility provides AC and DC power configurations, multiple power connection methods, and dedicated space for large-scale equipment testing.
- Supports Delta (Δ) and Wye (Y) power configurations.
- Supports adjustable phase-difference split-phase configurations.
- DC filter capability up to 1500V DC / 150A.
- Testing environments can be configured according to AI server and power peripheral requirements.
A Power Shelf is a key component of AI server infrastructure, responsible for centralized power management and the delivery of stable, efficient power. It supports the power delivery, redundancy, reliability, energy efficiency, and power monitoring requirements of high-performance computing systems.
BTL can configure testing environments for high-power power modules, Power Shelves, and related power equipment, with support for AC and DC power supplies, filters, and multiple power configurations.
