Submit the application to Subtel → Subtel review all documents → If approves ICASA will issue the certificate

3. External Photos: including a photo showing the label that includes the product model
4. Internal Photos: if you are using the test report of a radio module to approve a host product, you must include a photo of the radio module, with label, installed inside the host product
