Saudi Arabia SIRC Postpones SASO IEC 62368-1:2020 (3rd Edition) Implementation Date
Regarding the applicable date of the standard SASO IEC 62368-1:2020 (IEC 62368-1:2017) shall be implemented as the following:
2021/06/30, the SASO (Saudi Standard, Metrology and Quality Organization) announced the new date of enforce the standard SASO IEC 62368-1:2020 (3rd Edition) will be 2023/01/01 instead of 2022/07/01.
The test report as per SASO IEC 62368-1:2017 (IEC 62368-1:2014) will be accepted until the date of 2022/12/30.
