Notice of supplementary uploading of materials related to the sale of radio transmitting equipment
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology found in the verification of sales materials for type approval that some units and enterprises failed to timely submit sales and use materials in the type approval system as promised, or the submitted materials did not meet relevant requirements.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has sent notification messages to all managers or contacts for companies and enterprises that have not uploaded materials on time. All units and enterprises are requested to submit sales materials or postponement statement or self-pay application in the system within 10 working days after receiving the notification message. Units and enterprises that have not received the notification message should also review whether the equipment that has previously applied for model approval has uploaded relevant sales certification materials.
If the application model is still planned to be sold and used in China, but needs to be postponed due to market strategy and other reasons, you can sign the(see Accessory 2) and upload it to the model approval system, but pay attention to this method it can only be used once, and it is necessary to upload relevant sales certification materials on schedule after the extension.
If the application model cancels the sales plan and is no longer sold or used in China, fill in the(Accessory 3), upload it to the model approval system, and settle the related test costs with the institution that undertakes the test.
