New Style and Code Coding Rules for Radio Transmission Equipment Model Approval Certificate Issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology
According to the "Regulations on the Management of Radio Transmission Equipment" (Order No. 57 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2022), optimize the style and code coding rules of the approval certificate for radio transmission equipment models. Starting from December 1, 2023, the "Type Approval Certificate Format for Radio Transmission Equipment" and the "Code Coding Rules for Radio Transmission Equipment Type Approval" will be implemented.

There are the following differences in the coding rules for the approval codes of new and old models
1) The year code has been changed from 4 numbers to 2 numbers.
2) The origin identification has been changed from the original 1 number letter to a 2 number territorial code.
3) Removed the last four number of the serial number, added enterprise code, and autonomous code.
