Since the release of ICES-003 Issue 6 in 2016, it has been updated twice.
It was first updated in 2017; at that time, ISED released ICES-003 Issue 6 (Updated April 2017), It clarifies the external thermostats are subject to the requirements of ICES-003 with a transitional period for the external thermostats is extended to April 30, 2019.

Now, time has come to 2019. ISED released ICES-003 Issue 6:2016 (Updated April 2019), the transition period of external thermostat is extended again, from 2019/04/30 to 2019/12/31.

The above two updates of ICES-003 Issue 6 are only for the external thermostat and other devices are not involved; that is to say.
