  CQC announced the revision of the "Compulsory Video Equipment Implementation Audio and Video Equipment", "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Information Technology Equipment" and "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Telecommunications Terminal Equipment", and the relevant amendments are summarized. as follows:

First, the main content of this revision:


  1. According to the Joint Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision and the National Certification and Accreditation Administration No. 11 of 2018, six small products such as imaging (showing) tubes, antenna amplifiers, computer game machines, learning machines, modems (including cards), and ISDN terminals are not available. Implement mandatory product certification and update the corresponding chapters in the rules.

  2. It is clear that Class D companies are sampled at least once a year.


Second, the specific implementation requirements:


  This revision of the rules involves the relocation of the catalogues of the six subcategories of the original CCC catalogue, and CQC has adjusted the related business.
