Malaysia SIRIM CMCS will be implementing electronic Certificate of Conformity(eCOC)

Start from 11th February 2019 , SIRIM CMCS ( Wireless division ) will be implementing electronic Certificate of Conformity or eCOC.

It replaces the current method where a hard copy certificate is issued and certificate holder needs to collect the certificate from SIRIM counter.

 

To aid in the transition, a grace period until 11th August 2019 is given to all applicants. Within this 6 months, applicant has an option to receive either eCOC (soft copy) OR hard copy certificate. Applicant has to choose the preferred method during submission of application where a selection button will be available. Selection of hard copy CoC, the CoC will be ready after 14 working days from the date of approval and it can be collected from SIRIM counter.

 

The new eCOC will be embedded with QR code for identification and traceability.

 

If Customer required hardcopy, please inform us in advance, as by default we will be option for eCOC.
