FCC EAS Systems will be down for Maintenance (5/16 8:00 pm-5/20 6:00 am at American Time))
The FCC Equipment Authorization System database has a significant technical issue that needs to be resolve immediately and the FCC is planning to perform emergency maintenance on the equipment authorization serversstarting tonight about 8pm Thursday May 16, 2019.The maintenance is expected to be complete by Monday morning May 20, 2019. The Equipment Authorization and Knowledge Database Systems will not be available during this time.We apologize for the short notice and inconvenience this may cause and we will have the system available as soon as the maintenance is complete.
The sudden shutdowns of FCC Equipment Authorization System database will certain causes the delay for FCC grants.
