A:The label shall be on the product; if the product is too small to place label, it could be placed in the user manual once accredited by ANATEL

Also, the label shall include the information of mode/brand/original country/ANATEL logo.

Q:Manual 

A:Shall be in Portuguese; if the product involved in class A, and used for professional issue, the manual could be in English.

Q:Pre-test

A:Our company could proceed the pre-test before the sample sending to Brazil, especially for Surge and ESD such two strict requirement in Brazil.

Q:ISO9001 cert

A:If product involved in Category II or III, and the information for applicant/manufacturer/factory are not the same, the ISO cert is needed. If not, a signed authorization would be required.
