Summary of changes are as below:

1. The version of EN test standard

New standard NBTC TS 1035-2562 specify the version of EN test standard (such as. EN300328 V2.1.1, EN301893 V2.1.1., EN302502 V2.1.1, ETSI TS 136104/ETSI TS 136101) v13.2.0.We must to submit the correct version of test reports when the new applications.

2. 5.725-5.850GHz Frequency

-Previously NBTC temporary accept EN 300 440 even the previous standards did not mentioned this standards. But Now EN 300 400 is not acceptable for this frequency range. So for this band 5.725-5.850GHz, we have to provide test report under EN302 502, FCC 15.247 or FCC 15.407.

-Allow additional technology of LTE under private network or LTE under IMT. This is the same bands with LTE band 46 which has been opened previously. Because they are using 5 GHz frequency that NBTC includes both technologies onto this new standard.

3. Electrical safety requirements

Allow additional standard IEC62368-1 (previously this standard only accepts TIS1561-2556 or IEC60950-1). This is same with previously released NBTC TS 4001-2561 Electrical Safety. The Electrical Safety which allowed to use IEC 62368-1 on March 14,2019, and updated the test standard.

Note: changes do not effect to previously certified products.
