On Oct. 21st,2019 Indonesia SDPPI(Minister of Communication and Information Technology) had issued two new Technical circulars for Telecommunication devices on the issues of marketing access.

1. Kominfo No 9 Tahun 2019
Product regulated: Telecommunication devices with Wavelength Division Multiplexing
Key requirements for this technical standards:
·EMC requirement according
Emission requirement CISPR 32 or SNI ISO/ IEC CISPR 32
Immunity requirement CISPR 35 or SNI ISO/ IEC CISPR 35
·Safety requirement either IEC 60950-1 or IEC 62368-1
·Interoperability according to ITU-T standards or IEEE 802.3 series or any relevant standards to relevant technology stated inside this regulations
2. Kominfo No 10 Tahun 2019
Product regulated: Telecommunication devices with Internet protocol
Key requirements for this technical standards:
·EMC requirement according
Emission requirement CISPR 32 or SNI ISO/ IEC CISPR 32
Immunity requirement CISPR 35 or SNI ISO/ IEC CISPR 35
·Safety requirement either IEC 60950-1 or IEC 62368-1
·Interoperability according to IEEE 802.3 series or any relevant standards to relevant technology stated inside this regulations
