For these products, have you prepared Indonesia TKDN certificates?

Share:

TKDN cert was born for protecting local manufacturing requirements. In order to better balance the market share between local enterprise and foreign companies, KOMINFO published an announcement on April, 2022 (213/DJSDPPI.5/SP.04.09/04/2022) said that from April 18th percentage of domestic component for LTE/ 5G product including Mobile/Cellular Phone, Tablet Computer, Handheld Computer and Modem Wifi (MIFI ) should over 35%. In other words, if want to export above products in Indonesia, the local production rate of raw materials must meet the requirements first, and after obtaining the TKDN certificate, the SDPPI certification business can be carried out.

Since the announcement of the control measures, the products controlled by TKDN are updated as follows:

1. Base station with 4G/LTE

2. LTE/5G smartphones

3. Tablet PC, PDA with LTE/5G function

4. Mobile Router (MIFI) with LTE/5G function

5. TVs smaller than 42'' with DVB-T2 function

Don’t forget to get TKDN certificate before start SDPPI certification~
