European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) released the draft version of  ETSI EN 301 908-13 V13.0.1 in August 2019, which is the test standard related to 3GPP Long TermEvolution (LTE). ETSI EN 301 908-13 is standard of EUTRA (Evolved Universal Terrestrial Access) customer premises equipment.

For the update of this regulation, the biggest one is to add table 4.2.4.1.2-3 NB-IoT band 65 and clarify the band 28 to band 32 issues.

For Draft ETSI EN 301 908-13 V13.0.1 (2019-08) important updates are listed below:

1. The ETSI version is updated to the ETSI TS 136.521-1 (15.2.0) (2018-10) reference.

2. Product features add NB-IoT, cat-M Description

3. Adds frequency band ex: band 46 (5150-5925MHz) and band 65.67.68.69

4. Adds frequency band of NB-IoT: Band 1, 3, 8, 20, 28 and 65.

5. Adds frequency band of cat-M: Band 1, 3, 7, 8, 29, 28 and 31.

The progress is as follows. Kindly please pay more attention to the voting start date, the release and OJ announcement dates.

Overview of EN IEC 61000-4-29:2026

The key focus of the 2026 edition is to address new DC power distribution environments, especially higher-voltage DC systems. It also clarifies test generator capability, duration tolerance, current limitation during short interruptions, inrush current verification, result evaluation, and test report requirements. For products using 24 Vdc, 48 Vdc, 380 Vdc, 400 Vdc, 800 Vdc, or other DC input pow
