Notice of the MIIT on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Implementation of the Recording of the Sales of Radio Transmission Equipment (Provisional)
With the rapid development of radio technology applications, radio transmission equipment is widely used in various fields of social life. However, there is no effective regulatory means in the market circulation. In order to unify and standardize, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has formulated the “Implementation Measures for the Recording of Radio Transmission Equipment Sales (Provisional)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”), and clarifies the implementation standards for sales filing. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has also established a radio transmission equipment sales record information platform. The market operators who sell radio transmission equipment can realize online fast processing and automatic verification.

The "Measures" proposes to establish a national unified radio transmission equipment sales record information platform, and stipulates the requirements for supervision and inspection. Anyone who sells radio transmission equipment that should obtain model approval shall be required to apply for the sale of radio transmission equipment.
The "Measures" was officially implemented on March 1, 2019. The radio transmission equipment sales filing information platform is now online, and the market operators can now register, log in, and fill in relevant information.
For details, please refer to the "Implementation Measures for the Recording of Radio Transmission Equipment Sales (Provisional)" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
