IT/AV equipment, in low voltage & low power consumption and without rechargeable battery, is removed from the list of compulsory product certification
On 2019-10-17, The State Administration for Market Regulation announced that, for Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment, which nominal voltage is no more than 5Vdc, and nominal power consumption is under 15W / 15VA, and no rechargeable battery in it, no compulsory certificated is needed but Self Declaration of Conformity.
