None testing is required for ANATEL certificate renewal due to the novel coronavirus
Brazil ANATEL issued official letter - no 134/2020/ORCN/SOR-ANATEL on 5th March. The letter made some exceptions for the ANATEL renewal due to the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and based on the IAF recommendation.
The interim adjustment scheme for ANATEL renewal is only for certificates that expire before 31 June 2020 and take immediate effect.
1. None testing will be required for devices that do not have any changes compared to the origin ANATEL certificate or previous renewal.
2. Internal and External photos are not required.
