Thailand NBTC updated the Technical Standard for Telecommunications Equipment and Radio Communications Equipment using the 5.925-6.425 GHz fre-quency band
The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand announced on November 14, 2024, that the Technical Standard for Telecommunications Equipment and Radio Communications Equipment using the 5.925-6.425 GHz fre-quency band has been updated.

Main information:
Previously,only FCC 15.407 was accepted in the 5.925- 6.425 GHz band. Now applicants may use the EN 303 687 test report for type approval applications in this band.
Power spectral density adds the following (EN 303 687) information:
Maximum output power (mW): 25
Power spectral density (mW/MHz): 12.5
Usage condition:
1) Indoor and outdoor
2) For equipment with bandwidth less than 20 MHz only
3) Duty cycle shall be within limit of standard ETSI EN 303687 V1.1.1 or newer
