Indonesia SDPPI has recently updated the list of authorized overseas laboratories
On January 22, 2020, Indonesia SDPPI issued Regulation No. 36, which announced the update of the list of overseas laboratories recognized by SDPPI (only for non-HKT products). This regulation is valid for 6 months from the date specified and is valid until 2020 July 22.
Malaysia had tightened requirement of RFID
It is reported that the Malaysian Telecommunications and Telecommunications Authority (hereinafter referred to as MCMC) has repeatedly received news that the RFID frequency band causes interference to telecommunications and communication networks. In response to this situation, MCMC issued a statement on January 8, 2020, requesting certification of RFID equipment to strengthen the control of the frequency band, and it will take effect today.

On 2019-10-17, The State Administration for Market Regulation announced that, for Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment, which in low voltage & low power consumption and without rechargeable battery, no compulsory certificated is needed but Self Declaration of Conformity.

On 2019-10-17, The State Administration for Market Regulation announced that the standard YD/T993, "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Telecom Terminal Equipment Lightning Protection ", will no longer be used as the requirement for compulsory product certification.

Russia EAEU (CU) EAC RoHS will implement mandatory certification from March 1st, 2020

Indonesia SDDPI had issue the new Regulation which is NOMOR 159 Tahun 2019 on 19 July 2019. And the mandate date will be 22nd July 2019. The regulations had mentioned that all SDPPI accepted lab will be able to apply Document way without testing for 6 months (from 22nd July 2019 to 22nd January 2019)

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a piece of news on May 28, 2019: On May 28, 2019, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) concluded the first auction of high band 5G airwaves. High-Band Spectrum in 24 GHz and 28 GHz Bands Auctioned for Over $2.7 Billion. On December 10 2019,the FCC will begin Auction 103, which includes the upper 37 GHz, 39 GHz, and 47 GHz bands. This will be the largest spectrum auction in our nation’s history, with 3400 megahertz up for bid.
ETSI EN 301 489-1/-3/-19 new standard released
ETSI has released three new standards, two official versions (ETSI EN 301 489-3 V2.1.1 (2019-03), ETSI EN 301 489-19 V2.1.1 (2019-04)) and one Draft (Draft ETSI EN 301 489-1 V2.2.1 (2019-03)), BTL has now completed the import of the three new standards.
